Concordia International Scholars and Concordia Presidential Scholarship

These two scholarships are offered by Concordia University to study for an undergraduate degree at the higher instituition. International Scholars scholarship will cover your tuition fee and to apply you will have to fill out an application form with a CV and a 1000 word essay. The presidential scholarship will cover your tuition fee, residence, and meal plan and for this, you will need a nomination from school principals, teachers, or guidance counsellors. You should start preparing for both these scholarships now, to start in the next intake. For International Scholars, the deadline is usually February and for Presidential it is January.

President’s International

 Scholarship of Excellence at York  This scholarship is very prestigious and is worth over 180000 dollars or 1 crore 6 lac rupees to study for an undergraduate degree at the school. York is Canada’s top university and is known for its teaching reputation and academic excellence. To apply for this scholarship, you will need excellent academics plus demonstrated leadership in community service or excellence in the arts, sports, or other areas. Applications open in December and the deadline is usually February first week.

 

 

The Winnipeg University of President’s Scholarship for World Leaders

 This scholarship is worth 5000 dollars or 3 lac rupees and is open for all undergraduate and graduate students who want to study at the Winnipeg University. For this scholarship, you should have a minimum 80% average and Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities. To apply you will need to fill up an application form and submit two references, a CV, and a 500-word personal statement. The deadline for this scholarship is usually June every year.

Lester B. Pearson International Students Scholarship

 This is a 100% scholarship they will cover your tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support for four years. For this scholarship, you will need a nomination from your school counsellors and teachers in addition to an excellent overall profile. The deadline to submit the nomination is November and a full application should be submitted by January. The University of Toronto Canada is one of the best universities which is ranked amongst the top 50 globally.

 University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship

 This scholarship is for Masters and Doctoral Students only and is valued at 14000 dollars per year or 8.25 lac rupees for Masters students and 18000 dollars or 10.60 lac rupees for doctoral students. One must have a GPA minimum of 3.0 to be considered and receive a recommendation from the department of the higher institution they are intending to study at. The deadline is usually decided by the respective departments.

 Many Canadian colleges and universities also offer a number of entrance scholarships ranging between 2000 to 5000 Canadian Dollars or 1.2 to 3 lac rupees for every intake.
